ZT Step

ZT Step is an integrated motion system.  It uses a cross roller stage, micro-stepped linear actuator, MPE-F10 encoder feedback, and control electronics operating from 5 Volts.  It is designed to provide economical point to point moves with resolutions as low as 12.5 nanometer. It can supply high force, and can be used in any orientation.

The technology may be applied to a variety of configurations involving different travel lengths, resolution, and speed.
